Head to the Find Parking page, enter your date and how many spots you need, and browse available listings. Once you find one you like, click Reserve, create a free account, and complete your booking. You'll get an immediate confirmation email with your parking pass.

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. You can also access your digital parking pass anytime from the My Bookings page — it includes the full address, access instructions from your host, and a QR code for easy verification.

Yes — you can cancel any upcoming booking from the My Bookings page. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking date are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the host's policy.

If you arrive and your reserved spot is unavailable, contact your host directly through the PARQ messaging system. If the issue can't be resolved, reach out to us and we'll make it right. Host reliability is important to us and repeated issues result in removal from the platform.

Yes! Once you have a confirmed booking you can message your host directly through the PARQ chat system — accessible from the chat icon on any page. It's a great way to ask about access codes, early arrival, or anything else about the spot.

It takes about 5 minutes. Create a free account, go to List Your Driveway, add your address, photos, available spots, and set your daily rate. Once submitted, your listing goes live immediately and starts appearing in search results for parkers.

Earnings depend on your location, how many spots you offer, and your pricing. Hosts near beach access points typically earn between $40–$70 per spot per day. Over a full beach season, that can add up to $2,500+ per driveway. You set your own rates and can adjust them anytime.

Payments are processed securely and deposited directly to your bank account. You can track all your earnings and booking history from your Host Dashboard.

Yes — you're always in control. You can pause your listing anytime from the My Listings page, which immediately stops new bookings from coming in. Date-level blocking is on our roadmap and coming soon.

All parkers agree to PARQ's terms of service, which hold them responsible for any damage to your property. We recommend documenting your driveway with photos before each booking season. If an issue arises, contact us and we'll help facilitate a resolution.

Yes — PARQ takes a small service fee from each booking. A portion of that fee goes directly to the Town of Wrightsville Beach to support local infrastructure and community programs. So every booking helps both you and the community.
