PARQ Host Agreement
By listing your driveway on PARQ, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
You confirm that you are the owner or authorized occupant of the property and have the legal right to rent out the parking space listed.
2. Accuracy of Listing
You agree to provide accurate information about your driveway, including address, availability, pricing, number of spots, and any relevant restrictions. Misleading listings may be removed.
3. Guest Safety & Access
You are responsible for ensuring your driveway is safe, accessible, and clear of obstructions during booked times. You agree to honor all confirmed reservations.
4. Payments & Fees
PARQ collects payment from guests on your behalf. A 10% service fee is deducted from each booking before payout. Payouts are issued within 3–5 business days of a completed booking.
5. Community Contribution
A portion of every booking made through PARQ is contributed to the Town of Wrightsville Beach to support local infrastructure and community programs.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Late cancellations may result in a reduced payout or temporary suspension of your listing.
7. Liability
PARQ is not liable for damage, theft, or incidents on your property during a booking. Review your homeowner's or renter's insurance before listing.
8. Platform Rules
PARQ reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, receives repeated complaints, or is deemed unsafe or inaccurate.
